Abstrak
Buku "Berbicara Transaksional" dirancang sebagai panduan praktis dan komprehensif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi transaksional dalam berbagai konteks, mulai dari percakapan sehari-hari hingga situasi formal seperti diskusi kelompok dan wawancara kerja. Buku ini mengintegrasikan teori komunikasi dengan contoh konkret untuk membantu pembaca memahami dan menguasai seni berbicara secara efektif, jelas, dan berorientasi tujuan. Isi Utama Buku Buku ini terbagi menjadi tiga bagian utama yang saling melengkapi: 1. Keterampilan Berbicara Transaksional Dalam bagian ini, pembaca diajak untuk menguasai teknik-teknik inti berbicara transaksional, seperti: o Menyampaikan maksud dan menjelaskan hal secara efektif. o Meminta klarifikasi dan mengonfirmasi informasi untuk memastikan pemahaman bersama. o Menyampaikan pendapat, alasan, saran, serta menyatakan ketidaksetujuan atau kesetujuan dengan cara yang tepat dan profesional. 2. Grup Diskusi Bagian ini membahas konsep, tahapan, dan keahlian yang diperlukan dalam diskusi kelompok, baik di ruang kelas maupun lingkungan profesional. Pembaca juga diberikan panduan untuk memanfaatkan diskusi kelompok sebagai sarana pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi transaksional melalui: o Contoh skenario diskusi berbasis masalah dan artikel. o Strategi mencapai tujuan diskusi kelompok secara efektif. 3. Wawancara Bagian terakhir menjelaskan karakteristik wawancara, jenis-jenisnya, dan cara menjawab pertanyaan umum yang sering muncul dalam wawancara kerja. Pembaca dipandu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan kesan yang baik dan menjawab pertanyaan wawancara dengan percaya diri.
